Our Staff
We have a committed team of professionals able to meet the various needs of every child. We take our duty of care seriously and offer the emotional guidance and support that children need during these early years of development. We know that our children enjoy their time at Duncombe whilst achieving their best.
Duncombe's teachers provide stimulating programmes of study to ensure that every child achieves his or her highest personal standards. They do this by recognising the needs of individual children in their class and encouraging them to take enthusiastic responsibility for their own learning and conduct.
Our teaching staff includes specialists in many areas including French, Music, Art, ICT, Maths, English and Science. We also have a strong Individual Needs team who, along with teaching staff, devise Individual Education Plans for children requiring them. These plans detail specific strategies for each child to achieve their full potential and to gain higher standards.
Of course, teachers are not the only people working at Duncombe. We have a dedicated team supporting the school and helping to provide a healthy, safe and happy environment for your child.
