Parents and Duncombe

At Duncombe there is a close home-school partnership, with everyone working together to make the most of the strengths and talents of each child. The staff are friendly and approachable and Duncombe's open door policy means that parents are able to meet the Head and any of their child's teachers on most days.

In addition, coffee mornings are held on alternate weeks at which parents and staff gather informally.

Parents and grandparents are invited to many activities and events, including assemblies, matches, plays, concerts, recitals, shows, festivals, ‘Bring-a-Parent-to-Lunch' and the ever-popular annual ski trip.

The Parents' Association is actively involved in many aspects of Duncombe life, working to support the school and also providing social events for both children and parents.
