Air Ambulance Visit

What a fantastic morning! The entire school from Reception to Year 6 welcomed the Herts Air Ambulance at Hartham. Having landed, the pilot and medical team spent over an hour with us, showing off the helicopter and equipment to each class, talking about their work, answering numerous questions and posing for lots of photos!

Duncombe is the only school in Hertford to have received a visit from the Herts Air Ambulance. The visit was in recognition of the continuing support Duncombe has given to the charity which set up and now maintains the Air Ambulance. We all enjoyed the event enormously and are very grateful to the pilot and medical team for visiting Duncombe and spending so much time with us.
