Muddle Earth visits Duncombe!

As part of its continuing programme of visits by children's authors, Duncombe welcomed author Chris Stewart and author/illustrator Paul Riddell, known for their hugely successful series The Edge Chronicles and fantasy novel Muddle Earth which was adapted for BBC television in 2010. During a spell-binding presentation, Chris and Paul gave an insight into the process of writing a novel, showed the pupils how the illustrations are produced (with live drawing!) and presented the pictures to the school at the end of the afternoon.
