New play area opens

Pupils returning to Duncombe for the new school year were delighted with the new play area installed over the summer holiday. The facilities include a climbing wall, scramble net, pirate ship, wigwams and a tyre walk, all sited on a special safety surface. This area is a welcome addition to the very popular play area installed some years ago. It is a joint project between the school and the Parents' Association, and the school is very grateful to our parents for their generous donation. The play area will be enjoyed by Duncombe pupils both now and for years to come.
