Sports Day 2018

The school enjoyed another exciting Sports Day, which is for some the sporting pinnacle of the Summer Term. Excitement, nerves, preparation, and competition day luck all came into play in the array of races and field events such as the obstacle race, the 4 x 100m sprint, javelin, long jump, quoit race and discus. But perhaps, the most exciting of these was the bean bag race which was such a success that it has already been added to the list of races for next year’s event.  It was clear for everyone to see that all pupils had a will and drive to succeed to make their parents, houses, teachers and most importantly of all, themselves proud.

Well done to everyone, but a special congratulations to Hatfield House, who were the overall winners of both the Lower School and Upper School Sports Day.
