Wrap Around Care

We recognise the needs of a working family

We understand traditional school hours may not always work for families with busy schedules. That's why we offer wrap-around care for all children during term time, which runs alongside our full and varied After School Club co-curricular programme.

Care outside of school hours

Breakfast Club

Breakfast is served every weekday morning during term time from 7:30am, supervised by a member of the Breakfast Club team. Children can choose from a range of breakfast options, including pastries, cereals, and hot dishes, accompanied by juice, milk, or water.

After School Club

Our After School Club is available for all children each term time evening from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. Children enjoy a healthy cold tea each day, featuring fresh fruit prepared onsite by our catering staff.

Sibling Club

Helping out where we can

Pick up can be tricky when you have children finishing at different times.

For our families who find themselves in this situation, we offer care for the younger children finishing at 3:30pm until older siblings in Upper School have finished school at 3.50pm, at no extra cost.

Holiday Clubs

Let us help you through the holidays

Treetops Holiday Club, organised and run by Duncombe staff, is open to children on roll from ages 2 to 5 years. The club operates from 8.00am until 6.30pm for some periods during the Easter, Summer, Christmas and half term holidays.

Our day is divided into four sessions, and you can book as many as you need:
  • Early Bird Club, 8am - 9am

  • Morning activity session, 9am-12pm

  • Afternoon activity session, 1pm-4pm

  • Tea and care, 4pm - 6.30pm

The activity schedule for Treetops Holiday Club is shared before the end of each school term allowing sufficient time for our parents to choose appropriate sessions.

Is food provided?

All children attending Holiday Club are required to bring a fruit-based snack in addition to a packed lunch adhering to Duncombe's healthy eating and allergy policy, should they be staying all day. We encourage parents to provide nutritious and balanced meals to keep children energized and engaged throughout the day.

For children booked into the Early Bird and Tea and Care Club sessions, food is provided.
